Councillor Guapo

Roosterman    Hectorland

Guapo began as the wealthy benefactor to Roosterman's Team, and worked his way up to a place as President of the free Hectorland government. He is a proficient engineer and inventor, responsible for the creation of Roosterman's invaluable Timothy hovercraft. Although Scythe has taken over his position, he remains a valued colleague of Roosterman.

Enforcer Tamzarian

Police Enforcer of Hectorland: 27 - present
Tamzarian is Roosterman's trusted friend and colleague. He is a longtime member of the team, and more recently a top Enforcer appointed to the Hectorland police force by Guapo.

Enforcer Xtal

Officer of Secret Police: unknown - 14
Police Enforcer of Hectorland: 23 - present
Xtal was a trusted member of Hector's Secret Police force until his reign was dissolved. He is an augment with enhanced vision, and has been known to use a cloaking device. After Hector's exile Xtal became an ally of Roosterman, and has since been appointed to the Hectorland police.

Beanie    Roosterman
First Prime of Beanie's Jaffa: unknown - 12
Flatticus was the leader of Beanie's Jaffa until his master mistakenly dialed Hectorland on the Stargate and then abandoned him there. Realizing that Beanie was a false god, Flatticus has done all he can to aid Roosterman in defense of the planet that took him in.

Lord Khrushchev

New Russia
Leader of New Russia: unknown - present
Lord Khrushchev is a valuable ally to Roosterman in his role as lifetime head of the New Russian nation. From his seat on the Hectorland council, Khrushchev is a staunch supporter of Guapo's agendas. He devotes many of his resources to scientific initiatives, especially the Manbox project.

Ephrin is the logistics officer of Roosterman's team. He is one of the few truly regular members, making his diverse skills invaluable on several occasions. He was picked up by Mazca during his occupation of Hectorland and forced to research Miracle-Bro, but was discovered by Roosterman just before Mazca's defeat.

Warrant Officer of New Russia: 32 - present
Chad is an experienced pilot and a specialist in space navigation. She was briefly a satellite technician for Battledoctor, but wanted no part in his criminal plans and joined with Roosterman. Chad accepted a commission for a tour of duty on the Manbox II for New Russia in order to help defend against Beanie.

The Fermenter

Fermenter    Hectorland
Member of Hectorland Council: 29 - present
The Fermenter is a very old creature who once served on Mazca's original advising council. He was a loyal subject until Mazca's demise, when he was banished to the Fermenting Mountains, the barren region that he now presides over. He coveted Hector's throne, but since the rise of independent government he has been a cooperative member of the alliance.

Captain Oleg

New Russia
Captain of the Manbox II: 28 - present
Oleg is a native citizen of New Russia, and a member of his country's military. He has served both as adjunct to Lord Khrushchev and as Captain of the Manbox II spacecraft. Oleg is also a competent soldier, skilled in many crazy combat dances.

Lieutenant Akula

Roosterman    New Russia
Lieutenant of New Russia: unknown - present
Akula began as a school friend of Roosterman, and an intermittent member of his team. After the conflict in Hectorland diminished, Akula surfaced again, revealing his position as a New Russian intelligence officer. During his absence Akula had been on a long term investigation of ruins from Evula's era. He currently serves on the regular crew of the Manbox II.

Master Chief Nemo

Director of Stargate Operations: 27 - present
Nemo operates a diner near the Hectorland capital building which now houses the Stargate. As part of an agreement with the ruling council, Nemo is charged with overseeing Stargate operations.

President Scythe

Member of Hectorland Council: 23 - 34
President of Hectorland: 34 - present
Scythe is the duly elected President of Hectorland and representative of the People's party. He is a supporter of a uniform police force and noninterference with other factions. As such, he has made things difficult for Roosterman's team as they make plans to combat Hectorland's enemies.

Tripps was a childhood friend of Roosterman who participated in a few early missions, but was no longer seen after the team's arrival in Khrushgrad.

Gildor Kitten
The Gildor Kitten is an enigmatic individual who has accomodated Roosterman's teammates and helped to incapacitate Mazca. He was also part of the ruling council during Mazca's original reign, and supported his overthrow at the hands of Evula.

Doctor Hamster

Head of Hectorland Medicine: 30 - 34
Hamster is a veterinarian doctor appointed to Hectorland's capital by Guapo. He diagnosed Roosterman with the Bird Flu, but has been phased out under Scythe's new administration.

Zesty is a Darrow from the planet of the same name, one of several in Beanie's tyrannical domain. He is ostensibly a freedom fighter, and met Flatticus' team on the planet of Salsa while on a solo mission to slay Beanie. Since then he has joined Roosterman's team in the effort to prevent Beanie from adding Hectorland to his list of conquests.

Kristikis is a spirit from the alternate realm of Sanford and Jarmok. She has visited Hectorland by way of the Dyson Cube, and was responsible for the imprisonment of Mazca within it. She remained on the planet to maintain the magical seal on Evula's tomb where the Cube was placed, until Roosterman returned her through the singularity to Jarmok.

The Incredible Lamp

The Incredible Lamp is a learned acquaintance of Roosterman who has aided the team in matters concerning Miracle-Bro and the Legacy Device, including the defeat of Mazca. Unfortunately, he was terminated during that mission.

Lord Hector

Secret Police    Beanie
Ruler of Hectorland: unknown - 15
Consort of Lord Beanie: 15 - present
Lord Hector is a cunning villain who sat as dictator of Hectorland for countless years. He is the nephew of Lord Evula, who overthrew Mazca decades ago. Hector was responsible for releasing Mazca from his magical captivity, an action which resulted in his exile from Hectorland. Since then he has served Beanie in efforts to retake his former domain.

Lord Battledoctor

Battledoctor    Fermenter
Consort of The Fermenter: 11 - 16
Battledoctor is a brilliant scientist who was a thorn in the side of Hector during his reign. He allied with the Fermenter for a time, and has troubled Roosterman on several occasions. He has utilized the technologies of virtual reality, teleportation, and even personal shielding with help from the Fermenter. His compound resides on an island north of Hectorland.

Lord Beanie

Ruler of Salsa, Darrow, et al: unknown - present
Beanie is a Goa'uld lord who dominates a number of planets in the surrounding region of space. Ever since misdialing the Stargate and discovering Hectorland, he has been driven to possess it. Together with the exiled Hector, he made an unsuccessful attack on the planet with his pyramid ship, and has since made plans for a second attempt.

First Prime of Beanie's Jaffa: 32 - present
May'oc was left behind when Beanie and Hector escaped Hectorland following Mazca's defeat. Although he helped take Roosterman to Darrow's sarcophagus in exchange for his freedom, he still considers himself duty bound to Beanie. However, he alerted Hectorland to the impending arrival of Beanie's mothership, and vowed to sabotage it if possible.

Battledoctor   Cult of Mazca

Servant of Mazca: 18 - present
Zombat was an apprentice of Battledoctor for some time, learning his technology and helping to accomplish his objectives. When Battledoctor's island was overrun by Lenos and he went into hiding, Zombat came to be in Mazca's service. By some effect of this involvement, Zombat manifested an altered appearance and personality. Following Mazca's defeat, Zombat has continued commanding the Lenos in his name for an unknown purpose.

Officer of Secret Police: unknown - 14
Prior of the Boat Police: 14 - present
Pikeman oversaw Hector's Secret Police during his rule, and like many of his fellow officers proceeded to the Boat Police Sealab for reprogramming according to Hector's mysterious contingency plan. He now serves the AI Meowx as a Prior, responsible for restoring order across Hectorland through subversive operations.

Lord Mazca

Cult of Mazca
Ruler of Hectorland: 14 - 22
Mazca is a powerful being created by the ancient King Bhaskar using the Legacy Device as an heir to his throne. Tragically, Mazca turned on his creator and bred the Lenos to be his personal army. With them he was able to impose a dictatorship on Hectorland, until Evula finally defeated him with the help of the spirit Kristikis. He had another stint as ruler of Hectorland after being revived by Hector, but was pacified in the end by a memory wipe from the Legacy Device.

Fermenter    Battledoctor
Caretaker of The Fermenter: unknown - 16 (Human)
Henchman of Battledoctor: 19 - 25 (Goa'uld)
The name Soysauce refers to both a nefarious Goa'uld and its mostly harmless human host. The human Soysauce was a custodian in the Fermenter's lair, and stood with him at the battle of Succession. It was during this conflict that he was implanted with the thrown symbiote of a Jaffa. A short time later the immature symbiote took control of the body and abandoned the Fermenter, allying himself with Battledoctor for their mutual benefit.
